We are specialized in styling, weaves, wigs, ponytail styles, make up and bridal bookings. Here at Beauty by ED, we take pride in making sure our clients feel their best. Our goal is to leave a smile on everybody's faces. 

All information is provided below, please read it carefully. 

LOCATION

Beautyby.ED is based in The Hague, The Netherlands. Full address and details of the appointment will be given automatically once you have booked and paid for the deposit. Please check the email carefully for all the information. 

VIP SPOTS

VIP SPOTS allows clients to book last minute appointments at an extra fee of €40,-. Please send us a whatsapp message to +316 87291635 to request for a VIP SPOT. Please keep in mind that this is a request. The final approval will be determined if your desired dates fits within our availability. Please allow 24 hours response time. 

DEPOSIT

To secure your appointment a non refundable deposit of 30% is required. The deposit will go towards your appointment and will be taken off from the remaining balance. In the event of cancelling your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be lost. By re-scheduling your appointment, your deposit will not be lost. In case of a second re-scheduling another deposit will be required. Re-scheduling & cancelling your appointment can only be done 48 hours before. 

*No deposit = no appointment.

1-1 CLASSES

Deposits for 1:1 classes vary. DO NOT book this via the booking system. Please send us an email to info@beautybyed.com or whatsapp +316 87291635 if you would like to book a 1 -on- 1 training. Once you have booked for the class and you cannot do the desired date anymore, the class will only be rescheduled and not refunded. 

APPOINTMENTS

We give all clients a 15 minutes grace period. Anything after this will be a €10 late fee. Appointments will be cancelled after 25 minutes. Please bare in mind that we may cancel before 25 minutes, as we cannot always accommodate lateness. Please aim to be on time to your appointment. 

We will also give ourself a 15 minutes grace period. We will always try our best and inform clients if we are running behind.

** do not come to the appointment earlier than the agreed time to ensure customer privacy. 

If you want to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Clients who fail to show up without communication or cancel on the day, will be automatically be classified as NO SHOW; be blocked and unable to book. In order to book with me again, you will be required to pay for the remaining payment.

Appointments before 6:00 is an extra €35,-

Appointments between 6:30-7:30 is an extra €25,-

Appointments between 08:00-10:00 is an extra €20,-

Appointments after 19:00 `is an extra €35,-

Sunday and Monday are our off days. If we have to release extra slots on these days, it will be an extra 30%. Appointments are subject to our availability and slots on these days will not always be available.

BRIDAL BOOKING

The agenda for bridal bookings is open everyday of the year but you have to be on time. For booking please send us an  email to info@beautybyed.com or whatsapp +316 87291635. 

HAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please come with your hair freshly washed and blowdried. If you are not able to blow dry your hair yourself, you can book the add on BLOWDRY PRE-INSTALL. 

Please make sure your hair is product free NO GREASE, NO OIL, NO LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER OR GEL ETC. Failure to comply can lead to cancellation. 

By providing your own hair extensions and lace frontal/closure, please ensure that you invest in good quality hair in order to get the best results. For pre used or old bundles; no excessively cut tracks. All thread must be taken out of the hair and the hair must be well washed, conditioned and dried. If you would like to reuse hair from an old wig, you must remove the bundles from the wig yourself. If you cannot do it let us know 5 days prior your appointment. We will do it for you and an additional fee will be added.

For wig making, the hair must be received minimal 7 working days before the appointment. For coloration, the hair must be received 8 working days before your appointment. If you bring the hair a day before your appointment you will pay the fee of an emergency appointment €30 (this option does not apply for colorations). 

FRONTALS & LACE INFORMATION 

If you have an appointment booked for frontals/closures/premade wigs, we will need your pieces 3 days BEFORE your appointment time (your bundles are not needed). This does not include days we are closed (Sun-Tue). If you are unsure about anything, send us a message. If we don't receive it on time, a €15 late fee will be added onto your final bill at appointment. WE DO NOT PLUCK AND CUSTOMISE ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, In some cases we may have to cancel your appointment, as we have other clients and cannot always accolade late frontals or closures 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT OVERLY DENSE FRONTALS, AS IT IS HARD TO WORK WITH. If we are provided with a dense frontal, unfortunately we will not be able to do your hair unless it is replaced before your appointment. This applies to full lace wigs also!

For SEAMLESS hairstyle and GLUELESS installs please provide us with a good HD lace. HD stands for "high definition.” HD lace is a royal lace material that is also called Swiss lace, which is invisible when applied to the scalp. This ensures that the wig-wearer can have an exposed hairline, which looks very natural and renders the lace along the hairline highly undetectable.

Please understand we want to give you the best service possible, so please adhere to our guidelines carefully. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.

All Complexion- HD lace (for the best results)

European Complexion- Transparent lace

Light Complexion- Trans/Light Brown lace

Brown Complexion- Medium Brown lace 

Dark Complexion- Dark Brown lace

ED HAIR COLLECTION 

We supply hair to EVERYONE. If you have also booked an appointment & want us to provide hair for your appointment please contact us 10 working days prior your appointment for a price list, and we can get your pieces ready for your appointment. 

Please note that a payment for hair is taken prior, to place or reserve your order. 

We sell individual bundles, ready made wigs, lace closures and frontals. There are many textures available, and inches range from 12”~36”. You can also choose from Virgin hair, Raw Peruvian and Raw Vietnamese hair. We always have a small hair, all ready made wigs and closure/frontal stock available. 

Once orders are placed and processed, if for any reason, we do not issue refunds for bundles/closures/frontals and wigs. This is due to hygiene reasons, and orders being processed already. 

PLEASE NOTE !!!

• We accept BANKTRANSFER & CASH. The remaining balance will be accepted via BANKTRANSFER & CASH.
• Please make sure you add on any extras to your service, as we may not be able to accommodate on the day
• There’s no waiting in the salon due to limited space - please arrive just on time!
• We sometimes run behind, so please allow yourself time if you have appointments booked elsewhere
• If you come with extra company without communicating this, they will be asked to leave. The salon has limited space to hold other people.
• There is FREE parking outside the location.  
• My late policy also applies if you could not find a parking spot in the estimated time.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We have a 24 hour grace period in which you can come back to us with any problems/issues with your hair or appointment and we will rectify the issue. We don't give refunds.
